Billoo is an Indian comedy character created by Pran Kumar Sharma. It is published by Pran Comics. The character was created in 1973.
Billu is a school going boy. Like the American comic book character Archie, Billy is fun-loving, adored by girls, although not as "Casanova-friendly" as Archie, and prefers to play cricket. No one ever saw Billu's eyes, because of his hair and his forehead covering. He is portrayed as a prankster and a naughty man who causes him trouble, but due to his cleverness, he comes out of all troubles with the neighborhood aunty and the goons.
Billu has a pet puppy named Moti. His gang includes Gabdu,Joji,Monu,Bishamber and others. His biggest names are Bajrangi,a wrestler and Dhakkan,an associate of Bajrangi.Joji's father Colonel Three Not Three also dislikes Billu.
